Some calls can't wait for a text

A message is fine for a quote request. It isn't fine for a flooded basement at 2am. When a call meets the emergency rules you set, Aigent Alert stops taking notes and rings your on-call tech, then hands the caller straight over.

What people ask before signing up

Do my customers get texts from the AI?

Never. Callers only ever have a phone conversation. Every text and every notification goes to your own staff — customers are not messaged or emailed by Aigent Alert.

How does it decide something is an emergency?

You set the rules for your trade. When a call matches them — flooding, no heat in a freeze, gas smell, lockout with a child inside — it stops taking a message and transfers the caller to your on-call number.

Can I keep my existing business number?

Yes. You forward your line to Aigent Alert — always, or only when it's busy or after hours. Nothing on your printed trucks or listings has to change.

Who gets the alerts?

Any number you add: the owner, the dispatcher, two techs, a group. Different numbers can receive different job types.
